Each monthly envelope includes:
a personal letter
a recipe
a postcard (stamped for Australian addresses only)
a devotion
a QR code to that month’s favourites and playlist
a small surprise (different each month)
Shipping and timing
Shipping is included in Australia and overseas. Posted from Queensland as a regular letter (untracked).
You can tell me which month to start. If you don’t, it starts with the next letter. Orders received by the 25th of the month (11:59pm AEST) are posted on the last business day of that month. Orders after the 25th are posted the following month, unless you ask me to hold them.
Australian letters usually arrive within 2 weeks of posting. International can take longer. If it has not arrived 4 weeks after the ship date, email laura@dearmumclub.com.au and I will resend it. I can’t resend if you wait more than 2 months to tell me.
International Priced in AUD. Your local customs office may charge duties or taxes on arrival. Those fees aren’t included, and I can’t estimate or cover them.
