Letters are posted on the last business day of each month (Queensland, Australian time). Join by the 25th and that month’s envelope is included. Join after the 25th and your first letter goes out the next month.

I send Dear Mum Mail Club as a regular letter (untracked) on the last business day of the month.
Australian orders usually arrive within 2 weeks of posting. International orders can take longer.
If it has not arrived 4 weeks after the shipping date, email me and I will help.

Yes. Shipping is included for international orders. The only difference is the postcard: Australian envelopes include a stamp; international envelopes include the postcard without a stamp.

Subscriptions are billed on the same date you first joined. If you join on 15 September, you are billed again on 15 October, 15 November, and so on.

To cancel, do it before your next billing date so that next month is not charged.
